Saint Enogat beach is only a short distance from the apartment (50 meters approximately). Ideal for young children and has supervised crèche facilities and a mini-golf course. The beach is also suitable for older children too, with boats for hire and rocky coves for climbing. The village of St Enogat is only a stroll away, here you will find a good choice of restaurants, cafes and an Irish bar! 2 pâtisseries, a butchers and a small supermarket.

La Goelette is a first floor duplex beach apartment with a balcony and comprises:   

First floor

• Kitchen - attractive fully fitted and equipped with light wall units, electric oven, hob and hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, large kitchen table with seating for 4 at ease.
• Lounge area - very striking, light and spacious lounge area furnished with 2 comfortable sofa's (one being a sofa bed), Plasma TV receiving satellite SKY and French Channels, DVD player, Video and HiFi system. French doors leading to the south facing balcony.
• Bathroom - bath with shower wall unit, shower screen and washbasin stand, washing machine.
• Separate WC

Second floor (Duplex)

• Bedroom 1 -  with king sized bed and tastefully furnished, with chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2 - with twin beds also tastefully furnished, with chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Balcony

• South facing balcony, equipped with  garden table, benches and barbecue.

There is electric central heating and a cot and highchair.

Within the Grounds

The Goelette residence has lovely landscaped gardens, plenty of space for children to play in.

Private parking space in front of the apartment, a garage is available on request for your car or to store bikes etc.

About the location

The historic village of Saint Enogat was known as a former playground of famous poets and writers in the 19th century. There is a lovely sandy beach and the Thalassotherapy Centre, this quaint village offers a handful of friendly bars (French, Irish with live music at the weekend during high season), cafés, restaurants (traditional French, Moroccan, Crèperies, Pizzerias, ice cream parlours), patisseries with delicious cakes plus a fantastic butcher. The village also has mini-markets, a chemist, post office, ATM, newsagent and phone boxes.

The town centre of Dinard with a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants and an array of tourist amenities including a cinema, a casino, is only 5 mins walk away. Dinard airport is only 10 minutes drive away from the village and Saint Malo port, only 15 minutes away.

• Change overs are from Saturday 16.00 hrs / Saturday 10.00 hrs in the high season period, however this can be changed in low and middle season.
• During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.
• Pillows and duvets are provided.
