Mas de Garric is an architect designed Provencal style villa located on a hilltop near Mollans-sur-Ouveze on the border of the Drôme and the Vaucluse near to the famous Provencal village of Vaison la Romaine. It offers everything for a relaxed holiday and has a private pool and beautiful 15 mile views across the valley.
The villa is set is a 2500 m2 plot with full privacy and a stylish interior with amenities to match including a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen TV with DVD player and satellite TV with UK channels plus WiFi internet access.

Mas de Garric offers 150 m2 of living space plus a 80 m2 terrace and a private pool. The house is located on a hill-top in a quiet Hameau with stunning views across the valley.
The house is surrounded by a 2500 m2 garden offering full privacy.

- Living / dining area 45 m2 with open fireplace and entertainment system with LCD TV, DVD player and satellite reception of UK channels incl BBC HD, large dining table with 10 seats.

About Faucon in Provence Drome, Provence - Cote d'Azur
Located on a hilltop near Mollans-sur-Ouveze at the border of Drome and Vaucluse.
Near to the famous Provencal village of Vaison la Romaine and well known wine villages of Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Rasteau, Beaume de Venise etc. Attractions within a one hour radius include the Palais-des-Papes in Avignon and the Roman Theatre in Orange as well as the famous Pont-du-Gard.
Mollans-sur-Ouveze is your quintessential lovely Provencal village. You will find anything you need for your daily shopping (bakery, grocery, butcher, post office etc.) as well as some restaurants.
Some larger supermarkets, as well as a wide selection of restaurants can be found in the famous Vaison-la-Romaine (15 min by car)
Most villages in the area have a Provencal weekly market (schedule available in the house).
Most also have one or more restaurants worth visiting.
Mas de Garric is located at the edge of the Hameau de la Garrigue which is lively during peak-season and very quiet for the remainder of the year. You will have full privacy at all times, as well as access to a large shared pool (in addition to your private pool).

Mas de Garric is a wonderful base for exploring Provence and enjoying everything the region has to offer. The house is very well equipped, maintained to a high standard and has a picture perfect position on the hillside. Our holiday highlight was eating out on the terrace every evening and watching the sun set with a glass of local wine, heaven!

We've visited Mas de Garric several times now and just love it. It's a beautiful, spacious, well equiped villa all the facilities you could need on a holiday, including its own pool and free wo-fi, satelite tv, dvd and ipod dock. There is a large kitchen which is fully equiped, including dishwahser, washing machine and tumble -dryer. All the rooms are spacious and the master has an ensuite bathroom. The villa sits on the side of a hill with stunning views overlooking the valley and is quiet and secluded, yet only 10-15 minutes drive from the nearest main town - Vaison la Romaine. The owners always leave a lovely bottle of local wine for us to enjoy on our arrival - just sets the mood for the holiday right in the middle of lots of vineyards ! We love the peacefulness of the place and particularly enjoy sitting out in the evening, with a glass of local wine, watching the fantastic sunsets over the valley. We deifinitively recommend the villa and no doubt we will be visiting again ourselves. Carolyn & Brian Wilson, Auchtermuchty, Scotland.

Additional price information
- Rental on a weekly basis. Downpayment 50% of the rental cost at reservation. Final payment minimum 8 weeks before start of rental. 500 Euro deposit is required with the final payment, this will be refunded within 1 week of end of rental.
- Linen, towels, water, electricity and internet are included in the rental prices.
- Cleaning: 1-4 persons: €100 ; 5-6 persons: €125
- Linen : €15 per person , includes: bath + pool towel, duvet and bed cover, dishcloths etc.)
- 3+ week rental : mandatory additional cleaning €100
- The private pool is equiped with an alarm according to French regulations, Mas de Garric is nevertheless not recommended for families with children that cannot swim yet.
- January through to March and November - December at request only, 3 weeks minimum.
