Le Bourg is a beautiful 5 bedroom house with private swimming pool, extensive terrace, decking and garden. It is the perfect house in summer or winter....Outside offers perfect space for dining, sunbathing, playing or swimming – whether having a barbecue on the covered terrace, or a glass of wine watching the sunset over the woodland views it really is a gorgeous place. Inside is bright, spacious, well designed and well equipped – a real home from home. In the winter the huge wood burner not only makes the whole house cosy but provides a lovely alternative to TV - simply sipping a glass of wine and watching the flames dance is a delight...Located in a private corner in the heart of a beautiful little village of Saint Pierre de Frugie this house offers all you need for the holiday of your dreams.Please contact the owner if interested in an out of season let.

  • Lovely large open plan sitting/living area with large sliding doors and French doors onto gorgeous stone terrace and then onto decking and the lovely pool
  • Very well equipped modern kitchen with large fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and lots of storage cupboards
  • Downstairs there is also a lovely double room with French doors onto the garden and terrace
  • Another twin bedroom also with French doors onto the garden
  • There is a nice modern bathroom

Upstairs

  • Master double bedroom with balcony with lovely views
  • Also two more lovely twin rooms
  • Nice bathroom

All rooms are nice and spacious.

About St Pierre De Frugie in Dordogne, Aquitaine

Saint Pierre de Frugie is a beautiful village with a lovely church, school and Mairie (town hall). In the village there is also a lovely bar/café, Bistro Escargot, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the valley, and another small, family-run restaurant serving delicious home cooked meals. There is a lake for fishing a short stroll from the houses and a recreational area with a children’s playground.

La Coquille is a small market town, which is a 3 minute drive away. It has all the facilities you could require including a supermarket, pizzeria, bakeries, chemist, a lovely restaurant and a small market every Thursday.

How To Get To St Pierre De Frugie in Dordogne, South West France

Le Bourg is a 35 minute drive from Limoges airport, which is served by direct flights form seven UK destinations, or a 1.5 hour drive from Bergerac. It is a 3.5 hour drive from Paris and a 2.5 hour drive from Bordeaux.

  • There is tremendous outside space – a lovely stone and wood decking terrace wraps all the way around the house – providing a range of areas for outside dining, sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful private pool.
  • There is also a lovely large grassed garden for children to run around or play football or even a game of rounders for the grown ups!
  • The pool has an electronic cover for complete safety and peace of mind.
  • There is a covered terrace off the kitchen – ideal for outside dining and barbecues and providing much needed shade from the hot summer sun..
