About Sahorre in Pyrénées-Orientales, Languedoc Roussillon

Mas Salvy is situated between two villages Ille sur tet and Nefiach among peach orchards a walk of about 30 minutes to either village.

Ille sur tet has an abundance of small family run restaurants and bars, has a market twice weekly Wednesdays and Fridays and boasts a number of places of interest including Les Orgues and Les Fontaines. There is a a small train that will take you all round Ille sur tet for a small fee. The train station has regular services to Perpignan and the mountain villages including Villa Franche (an historic fortress) and Mont Louis another historical stop. Nefiach is a small riverside village, very old and picturesque.

How To Get To Sahorre in Pyrénées-Orientales, South of France and the Riviera

There are daily flights into Perpignan from Stanstead, Southhampton, Birmingham and Manchester.

By train change at Perpignan for Ille sur Tet.

Buses also stop at Perpignan rail station. Alternatively there is a coach service to Perpignan from Girona airport about four times a day.

By road leave the auto route at Perpignan north and head for Andorre - Prades. You have to go through Ille sur Tet so you really can't miss us!
