Located between Burgundy and Champagne, a few miles away north from Dijon, the Castle of Prauthoy is an idyllic place where you will enjoy the French “Castle Lifestyle”.

You can walk along the romantic park under the centenarian rare and exotic trees, discover the authentic “English garden” and farther the famous stoned “escargot de Bourgogne” (one of the last 20 in the whole country). You will appreciate sunbathing near the heated swimming pool!

Our rooms are spacious, with private lounge space, bathroom and toilets. They enjoy a view on the Park, except the "Suite Voltaire", which has a view "Cour d'honneur".

About the location

Prauthoy is located between 3 regions : Burgundy, Champagne and Franche Comté. The chateau is ideally located for wine tasting, just as good in Burgundy as in Champagne.

All around, you will appreciate the nature of the area with lakes, forests and water everywhere !

Prauthoy is located 2 hours from Paris or Lyon, easy to find from the Main Roads and Highway A31.
 
If you come from PARIS / A5 or From North :
On A31, exit n° 6 "Langres sud"
Direction "Longeau" by the D6 road
then, direction "Dijon" by the N974 Road.
Total time from exit A31 : 17 km
 
If you come from Paris / A4, from South, from Dijon, from East :
On A31, exit n° 5 "Til Chatel"
