Spacious House in the Charente Maritime. Great for Family Holidays

Set in private surroundings, including a large pond with ducks and chickens, stocked with carp and crayfish.  The area is so tranquil there is an abundance of birds including cuckoo, robins, kingfishers, eagles ...to mention just a few, so great for birdwatchers.

Fantastic for families........children will adore it! 

Holiday Accommodation at Le Moulin de Brulot

This beautiful modernised 3 bedroomed house, sleeping up to 10, is finished to a high standard with 3 ensuites. It is set in 5 acres of land, all enclosed and private.  Exceptionally tranquil setting.

All the bedrooms are ground floor with the mezzanine floor being the only stairs, so suitable for partially disabled. 

The accommodation comprises:

  • Spacious living area with plenty of seating including a sofa bed for extra sleeping, which leads out onto a huge patio area.
  • Full English satellite television.
  • 3 en-suite bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, all finished to a high standard.
  • 3 double bedrooms
  • Single bed on the mezzanine floor .  The extra sleeping is provided in the form of a sofa bed situated in a small private area with a TV for watching videos.
  • Exclusive above ground swimming pool  measuring 6 meters by 4 meters.
  • Two patio areas, one to the rear which is a great sun trap and another large one to the front overlooking the pond, equipped with tables and chairs and BBQ.

About Boisredon in Charente-Maritime, Poitou Charentes

Set in the countryside, in an exceptionally tranquil location with enclosed secure gardens, on a private drive.

The area is surrounded by grape vines and sunflowers.  The wine route passes by within 10km and there are numerous wine producers with tours and tasting sessions

1.5 km from the nearest bar and post-office. 10 minutes from a larger town with 2 bars, restaurants, large supermarket. and cafes.

Fishing lake nearby for a small fee.

How To Get To Boisredon in Charente-Maritime, South West France

The area is served by several low cost airlines from all over UK .1.5 hours from La Rochelle airport, 50 Minutes from Bordeaux airport.  Edinburgh airport is served by Jet2 and flies into Poiters which is approximately 2 hours drive.
