Located in the greeny and leafy district of La-Baule-les-Pins, this nice residence lies in the heart of a park full of century-old trees. It is made up of small buildings no higher than 4 storeys. The apartments are spacious. For relaxation, there are 2 swimming pools and a children's play area.

"Recommended by kids" residence: This stamp of approval is based on 3 criteria: a playground, a paddling pool and gardens. The residence is particularly appropriate for young children. One flat is specially designed to welcome babies and a baby kit is available.

La Baule boasts an exceptionally mild climate and a fine sand beach almost 9 km long.
Boulevard des Océanides on the seafront: luxurious hotels, modern buildings, hotels, the casino and spas line this elegant promenade, which stretches between Pornichet and Le Pouliguen. La-Baule-les-Pins extends eastwards with this resort, which lies amidst woods, and has a bridle path leading to the Forest of Escoublac.
