Home description

This pretty, traditional detached family house is situated in small village. It is comfortable and well equipped and set in its own grounds with swings and a pool (3.5m x 1.3m) for those long hot summers days.

The house overlooks the village and is close to Gerardmer with its lake for swimming, boating and skiing in winter. There is also easy access to the vineyards of Alsace and the rhine valley. Ideal area for nature lovers.

First floor:

• Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom fitted with bath

About the location

Situated in the small picturesque valley village of Rochesson you can visit Gerardmer the local big town with its beautiful lake offering swimming and boating and skiing in the winter. Equidistant you have the sporting town of La Bresse which has skiing in season, whilst in summer you have sledging! and also a 1km zip wire.

You can venture slightly further to the hill tops which over look the Alsace and on a clear day you can see the Black forest mountains and possibly the Alps!

In the Alsace you can follow the famed wine route and sample the local produce and in the run up to Christmas visit the Christmas markets.
