Traditional Period Stone Built Homes (2) both with separate private pools located next door to each other. La Cressonniere sleeps up to 8 plus Cots and Le Presbytere sleeps up to 6 plus Cots. Both properties are available for rent together and thus can accommodate up to 14 guests. More information and images can be viewed on the owners website.

Le Presbytere (sleeps up to 6 + Cots)

As the name Le Presbytere suggests, this house was originally the Parsonage for the church in Loupiac, which used to be situated in the square at the bottom of the garden. The date stone states 1832, however sections of the lower level date back to medieval times.
 
The property has been used as a private residence for the past 35 years until 2007, when a complete refurbishment was undertaken. Although ensuring all modern amenities the refurbishment has been undertaken sympathetically, maintaining many of the original features. Exposed oak beams, traditional French terracotta floors and large feature open fireplace to name but a few.
 
The exterior of the property is the icing on the cake. There is a beautiful secluded garden with its own private pool (stunning lit at night) relaxing lounging area, gas barbecue, seating areas and a fascinating natural pond at the bottom of the garden, home to an array of wildlife. 
 
La Cressonniere  (sleeps up to 8 + Cots)

As the name suggests, the property was once a small farm growing watercress. Originally built in 1846, this property was up to 2000 being used as a grain store, when a major structural renovation was undertaken. One feature of the property is the Pigeonnier (stone built pigeon loft / dovecote). Pigeonniers are typical architectural features of many buildings in south-west France.
 
A complete refurbishment was undertaken in 2007. The modernisation has resulted in a very spacious and contemporary interior. There is a mixture of oak and limestone flooring throughout, with balconies overlooking the spectacular forest views.
 
On the lower level a stunning kitchen / dining area leads to the luxurious exterior pool and gardens. Individuals with impeccable taste and exacting standards need look no further for the ideal holiday retreat.

Located in a picturesque hamlet near Puy-L'Eveque. The property is a mixture of timber and terracotta flooring throughout, overlooking the spectacular forest views. Nearby is a large equestrian centre, the area is also ideal for golf, walking, cycling and the region has many local restaurants and vineyards.
