Charming Stone Farmhouse in a Quiet Setting with Large Private Pool
"La Vigne" is a delightful, character stone farmhouse (160m2) with a large pool located on tranquil private grounds with charming near by villages (shops 1.5 km.).
Holiday Accommodation at La Vigne
La Vigne is an old stone cottage with a spacious extension and veranda that over looks a 12 x 6 metre private pool. The pool is situated in a large garden surrounded by trees. Located on a quiet paved country lane, it is a 1/4 mile from the neighbours.
In summer, the veranda or front garden provide al fresco dining opportunities while at other times the kitchen provides an indoor dining choice. A wood burning stove (of the French Godin style) provides warmth for early spring or autumn holidays; supplemented by electronic themostat controled wall heaters.
The property can accommodate 9-11 people within 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 triple room + 2 additional beds) and there are two bathrooms available as well as a separate toilet.

Restaurant located in Marval and another, 1.5 km from the house on a lake. There is a small store in Marval for bread, newspapers and small goods. Supermarkets can be found in 3 towns near by: Piegut, Nontron and St. Matheu (information provided in the house).
