Lovingly Restored 19th Century House with Enclosed Pool

Maison du Parc is a lovingly restored house dating from the 19th Century on the edge of the friendly village of La Mothe St. Heray in the beautiful unspoilt valley of the Sevre Niortaise.

The delightful property comprises:

Ground Floor

A main, comfortable living room with ceiling beams, a marble fireplace and a cast iron wood fire. There is a colour TV, DVD player, CD and radio. The owner has a large DVD library, which guests are free to use.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a large table with seating for six.
A shower room with W.C.
A laundry room with washing machine.

First Floor

A large double bedroom
A twin bedroom
W.C. on the landing.

There is also a balcony with small table overlooking the garden.
