This delightful traditional limestone gite comprises a two storey suite with three bedrooms (two doubles, one twin-bedded). It is situated next to the main entrance gates and is adjacent to the stone built tower, with entrancing views over the attractive landscaped gardens, swimming pool and vineyards.

Holiday Accommodation at La Tour

This two storey suite with three bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 6 adults. This suite is situated within a superbly renovated character building.

Fully furnished traditional luxury limestone gite with lots of character. Quarry tiled floors throughout the ground floor and carpeted upstairs. All windows have been recently double-glazed and provided with new shutters.

The extensive living accommodation is divided into:

Le Manoir de Tachau, St Sernin de Duras, is located in a rural position in a very tranquil hamlet on a range of beautiful hills on the ancient Tachau Estate. There are 6 restaurants within 15 minutes drive of the estate, the nearest is 5 minutes away in St Sernin, which also has a village shop, boulongerie, tobac and bar. Our nearest market town is Duras, which has a supermarket, 29 shops and 3 banks, together with a spectacular Ducal castle.

How To Get To St Sernin in Lot-et-Garonne, South West France

Le Manoir de Tachau can be reached in 30 mins from Bergerac Airport, which is served from 11 UK airports (see our own website for details). Bordeaux Airport is 1.5 hours away.

The nearest train station is at Ste Foy la Grande, which is 20 mins away by car.

The nearest channel port is St Malo, which is served by the car ferry from Portsmouth; the car journey from the port is 5.5 hours down motorway standard roads; also there is good access by road from the port at Caen.
