Within two minutes walking distance of shops, lots of restaurants, bars and bus stop, the fishing port, the marina and boat trips.  Yet the immediate area is surprisingly tranquil except in July and August when Saint Cyprien abounds with live entertainment  (mostly free of charge), various sporting activities and  craft markets.    The weekly market is about 15 minutes' stroll away and is renowned as one of the best in the area.

This beautiful region has so much to explore - Cathar castles, historic villages, mountains, gorges, the little yellow train, coastal and countryside walks, wine tasting, boat trips and more.
