Kercadoret is in an idyllic typical breton family house, perfectly suited to families or groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Only 5km from the local riverside village with quaint restaurants and a riverboat excursion. On site there is off-street parking for three cars, with a large garden that is great for kids to enjoy, or for those dusky evening barbecue's.
Holiday Accommodation at Kercadoret
The house comprises:
- Five bedrooms with two of the double rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a room with a double bed and two single beds ideal for a family or friends sharing, a further double room with ensuite shower and a cot, as well as a twin room.
- Two bathrooms to accommodate large groups, one on each floor.
- A seperate WC.
- The bright and spacious lounge has comfortable seating for ten, a TV, DVD, VCR, UK satellite channels and radio, as well as board games.
- Two kitchens mean catering for big groups is possible as well as easy access for summer dining.
- The dining room easily seats 10 people.
To round out your stay, a small pool table and a full size table tennis table are available, as well a number of other garden games and inflatable dingy's for any of the local rivers.

How To Get To Guern in Morbihan, North West France
Travel to the property is possible via a variety of metohds including by air to Dinard airport and then a car journey of approx 2 / 3 hours.
Or you can arrive via ferry to either Calais, Dieppe, Le Harve, Cherbourg, Caen or St Malo with a car journey of approx 10 / 6 / 5 / 4 / 3 hours respectively.
