Rural Cottage on the Charente / Limousin Border
Belle Vue 'beautiful view' is an 18th century pretty stone cottage sitting on top of its very own hill overlooking the local Charente-Limousine valley and majestic Vienne river.
The property offers 2 well appointed bedrooms, sleeping either 2 adults and 2-3 children or 4 adults + small child/baby. Outside there is a large garden with pool and terrace. The area offers many things to see and do for families, couples, children and adults.

About St Germain De Confolens in Charente, Poitou Charentes
The property is situated at the top of a hill, over-looking the surrounding valley and Vienne river. There is a 'Vue Panoramique' located a short walk away. The walk down to the village is steep but well worth the effort, passing by the 12th century ruined château on the way. The village Auberge has a delicious 12 euro menu and is open all week.

How To Get To St Germain De Confolens in Charente, South West France
The property is located just off the D951, approximately 7 hours from Dieppe.
There are daily flights in summer to Limoges or Poitiers airports with Ryanair.
The TGV arrives into Poitiers or Angouleme from Paris, London and the south.
