Luxurious Sea Facing Villa * High Spec * Stunning Sea View * Close to Beach

Our luxurious sea facing villa was completely refurbished and extended in 2009, designed and furnished professionally to a very exact standard. The villa has been created with extensive entertainment and comfort features: large heated pool, substantial lawned gardens and air conditioning throughout.

The design of the villa has been created to take advantage of the 180 degree sea views from most rooms with large expanses of terraces benefiting from Bose sound systems and high quality furnishings with high end HI:FI and visual entertainment. Our son even kitted out a very special area with multimedia gaming and 42' plasmas with x box 360 and wii consoles!

Great location for beaches, wine region and central location for the coast  throughout the Cote d'Azur.

Holiday Accommodation at Villa Arianne

The villa benefits from 340sqm mostly under cover. We have designed the villa for 12 to 14 people in comfort but are limiting the rental occupancy for a maximum of 12. The large heated pool next to the designed outdoor kitchen is large and well equipped. We even have an extensive 700 bottle purpose built wine cellar, pay as you go!

The Kitchens

There are a total of 3 designer fitted kitchens and an outside fitted kitchen adjacent to the pool. The main kitchen has been fitted with Ice maker and filtered ice water on tap and Large American Fridge/freezer. Wine cooler in the cellar. 3 dishwashers in total.

There are two separate laundry rooms with maximum size washing machine and dryer plus a separate utility room by the pool with dryer for pool towels.

The Living Area

The living space has been carefully designed to entertain all guests with true Inside outside living! Quality Bose & Cambridge audio systems with surround sound + 50' TV, extensive library of books. Leads to a large terrace for 12 with comfort & dining. The furnishings have been specially chosen to give the place a grand 5 star feel as you would expect in a luxury high end hotel.

About Les Issambres in Var, Provence - Cote d'Azur

Located above the town of Les Issambres, so quite and well away from any traffic, peaceful and tranquil yet only a 5 minute drive from bars, restaurants and shopping, with fantastic snorkeling and swimming bays with clear blue sea and great beaches.
