The owners are a friendly British couple who have been living in the Languedoc region for 7 years.

We offer two comfortable studios in the garden of our luxury villa.

Lovely studio for 2 people overlooking well maintained gardens and swimming pool. This studio comprises:

• Double bedroom: This studio consists of a double bed with hospitality tray and decorated to high standards.
• Bathroom: The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
• Kitchen: Continental Breakfast is taken in the summer kitchen where there is a fridge available for your own use.
• Outside: Patio doors lead you outside to the terrace and garden, there is a bistro table and chairs and your own personal loungers. We also have a boule pitch for your leisure.
• Swimming pool: The property has a swimming pool  for you to use.

About Serignan in Hérault, Languedoc Roussillon

We are situated within walking distance of the local indigenous village of Sérignan where you will find a market 3 mornings a week. There are 2 beaches, Sérignan Plage and Valras Plage, within a 5-10 min drive.

The  nearby town of Béziers, steeped in history, is just a 15min drive, just outside you will also find the beautiful golf course of St Thomas but if you prefer a bit of history the medieval walled city of Carcassonne is just a 50 min drive away.

If its French cuisine you are interested in then you can choose from numerous good restaurants situated in and around the local villages and along the canal du midi.

How To Get To Serignan in Hérault, South of France and the Riviera

• By Air - Ryan Air offer reasonably priced flight all year round from London or Bristol airports direct to Beziers.
• By Train - The Eurostar from London followed by the TGV from Paris direct to Beziers.
• By Car - The A9 motorway from Paris via Lyon or the A71/ A75 from Paris via Clermont Ferrand.
