The villa is reached by a private road and has an automatic gate. It is 300m2 in size and has a large enclosed garden of 3,500 m² which ensures that you will have peace and quiet during your stay.

The lively and pleasant centre of St-Rémy is only 15 minutes walk away or 3 minutes by car and here you will find all the shops and facilities that you will require as well as famous restaurants.

The farmhouse is well decorated and well equipped. Each room is decorated differently which preserves the individuality of each one.

The life in Provence, especially in summer, is to enjoy the picturesque outdoors.

Holiday Accommodation at Luxury Villa

This beautiful property comprises:

• Living area: The living room features wooden beams and offers 70m² living area. The beautiful chimney will invite you to spend your winter evenings here. A television, satelite, dvd player, and a hifi system are available plus free Internet access.
• Kitchen/Dining room: The villa has a modern very well-equipped kitchen (furnace, microwave, dishwasher, American refrigerator, hotplates, sink, grill-bread, coffee machine, all crockery necessary for a kitchen for 14 people). The dining area has table and chairs.
• Villa suite: The villa’s suite is for 4 people. Offers 2 rooms for 2 people each and a marble shower room, wash-hand basin and WC.
• Farmhouse suite 1: On the left one suite accommodates 4, 2 rooms for 2 people each (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine), a shower room, wash-hand basin, WC.
• Farmhouse suite 2: On the right one suite accommodates 4, 2 rooms for 2 people each (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine), a shower room, wash-hand basin, WC.
• Bedroom: One room for 2 people and 1 marble bathroom, corner bath-tub, wash-hand basin, WC.
• Separate WC: A fifth WC with marble wash-stand is available for the guests.
• Terrace: A covered terrace of 100 m² with many small corner-terraces, external dining area also equipped with a barbecue with plancha. A trellised vineyard is the perfect place for you to read a good book or quite simply have a nap of after-lunch!
• Billiard room: There is a billiard table for you to enjoy!
• Wash house: In the wash-house there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Inter phone and alarm.
• Air conditioning: Air-conditioning and a heating (easy adjustments to control the temperature) make it possible to have a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
• Swimming Pool: The private heated swimming pool of 60 m² is enclosed for your safety. Swimming-pool washed automatically. Its pool-house has a shower, a WC, a place to store the deck chairs and accessories; it can also be used as a cloakroom.
• Garden: In the large beautiful garden (approx 3,500 m²) you will find oleander plants, a field of lavender and olive-trees, under which you can shade for when the sun is too hot! We have lights in the garden for the evening and the flowers are watered regularly.
• Car park: A closed private car park is at your disposal.

About St Remy De Provence in Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence - Cote d'Azur

The beach with all its attractions is only 60 km away.

St-Rémy is known for its workshops of art, museums, vineyards, its ancient site "Glanum"... you can walk the very same places painted by Vincent Van Gogh of St-Rémy's surrounding countryside. Or if you prefer take a stroll along the markets, take in the fresh air, taste great food such as tapenade or a caviar of aubergines. In the evening, St-Rémy has various local festivals one of which is the rrunning of the bulls where they are released into the city streets... unless you wish to watch from afar then head for the arenas, a celebration not to be missed.

Baux de Provence, a village in the Alpilles mountains is set atop a rocky outcrop crowned with its castles and superb cathedrals, is only 15 km away.

Avignon, is 20 km away, named the City of the Popes captures medieval culture with its world-renowned Theatre Festival.

Marseille, 80 km, is a little further, but is worth it! A major centre of art and history, the city has a lot of museums and galleries, activities, picturesque places and shops. Hire a boat for the day and visit the heart of 'Blackcurrant Creek', a superb and memorable journey.

Other cities like Nimes, Aix in Provence, Arles, Tarascon, Cavaillon... are in a radius of 40 km.
