Nestling just 6km from the centre of St Antonin on the south facing side of the Aveyron Gorge this unique property is set in 3 acres of gardens. The property has it's own private heated swimming pool and is a haven for relaxation.

  • Games room: A separate TV/Games room, so the children can have space to do their thing.
  • Barn: A separate barn provides shelter for the table tennis table so if it's too hot or a little inclement there is space outside the main house for everyone to play.
  • Gardens: The extensive south facing gardens provide plenty of shaded corners to enjoy a good book or a snooze after lunch.
  • Swimming pool: One of the other attractions of this charming property is the totally private heated swimming pool.

About Espinas in Tarn-et-Garonne, Midi Pyrenees

This beautiful and as yet hardly discovered area of SW France is steeped in the history of the Hundred Years War, the Cathars and Templars. It now offers a quiet relaxing holiday for those interested in wonderful scenery and unspoilt French charm with excellent markets, food and wine.

Peace and tranquility surround you, but for the more energetic, there are many sporting activities nearby including tennis, golf, rock-climbing, equestrian centres, fishing and canoeing. The region is extremely popular with ornithologists, photographers, walkers and increasingly cyclists.

How To Get To Espinas in Tarn-et-Garonne, South West France

From the French ports it is virtually motorway for the whole of your journey and should take less than a day to drive, it usually takes around 9 hours.

Toulouse (1 hr) has flights from many major and regional airports including Gatwick, Heathrow, Dublin, Bristol, Birmingham, Belfast, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Manchester.

Rodez (1hr 15m) - Flights from Stansted and Dublin.
Carcassone (2 hrs) - Flights from Stansted, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds and Liverpool.
