Recently renovated to a high standard, this property manages to have all modern facilities, but retain a wonderful French Country feel, with all the character enhanced rather than hidden.
This spacious property is over three floors with great care taken to provide a comfortable, relaxing place in which to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
This wonderfully converted farmhouse comprises:
- Bedrooms:This old farmhouse is unusual in that it offers four good bedrooms each with it's own en-suite, giving much higher than usual levels of privacy and comfort.
- Kitchen/dining: Open plan fully fitted modern kitchen with all appliances for your use.
- Lower ground floor: The accommodation ranges over three floors, the open kitchen/dinning room, fully equipped, being on the lower ground floor and opening onto the garden terrace for outdoor dinning.
- Second floor: The cosy salon with it's log burning fire is on the next floor with two of the bedrooms with en-suites.
- Top floor: On the top floor is the remaining two bedrooms with en-suites.
- Swimming pool/garden: The house boasts a private pool with Roman steps and alarm set within mature gardens which provides shaded areas throughout the day and fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.
About Parisot in Tarn-et-Garonne, Midi Pyrenees
The farmhouse is set in glorious French countryside, there are neighbours down the lane, but not enough to be more than a hamlet. The immediate area offers peace and tranquility, yet there are all essentials available within a short drive and many places of interest within the area.
There are medieval villages to visit, wines to taste and markets to experience.
For those of a more active disposition numerous sports including kayaking, horse riding, walking and cycling are available.

How To Get To Parisot in Tarn-et-Garonne, South West France
From the French ports it is virtually motorway for the whole of your journey and should take less than a day to drive, it usually takes around 9 hours.
Toulouse (1 hr 15m) has flights from many major and regional airports including Gatwick, Heathrow, Dublin, Bristol, Birmingham, Belfast, Leeds, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Manchester.
Rodez (1hr) - Flights from Stansted and Dublin.
Carcassone (2 hrs) - Flights from Stansted, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds and Liverpool.

We had a wonderful holiday in La Barabie. The house was well furnished and very comfortable. The pool was beautiful and kept very clean. We appreciated having the friendly owner on hand who was able to give us lots of great advice about the area, and the different markets and so on. I cannot fault the property in any way.
We really enjoyed exploring this unspoilt area of France and appreciated the nice quiet roads, and the friendly French people everywhere we went.
