Its breathtaking views combined with friendly village atmosphere make it an ideal holiday location.
The apartment itself can sleep up to four people and has a large private terrace perfect for dining. Surrounding the apartment is a stunning large enclosed garden with picnic area plus use of a large swimming pool.
Inside of the apartment you will find light bright and ample space for your holiday requirements and outside so many places to explore, also this is situated only 45 minutes from the Spanish border, 35 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches - so a perfect all round holiday spot.

- Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and adequate wardrobe space.

About Cassagnes in Pyrénées-Orientales, Languedoc Roussillon
The Pyrénées-Orientales department is part of the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. The area is renowned for its unspoilt natural beauty and superb climate.
Within this beautiful region not only will you find the famous sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, but also the stunning mountain ranges of the Pyrénées, rich in Cathar history with numerous first class ski resorts to boot. If this doesn’t whet your appetite then perhaps a lunch in one of the many medieval villages located in the area would appeal, or a visit to one of the many beautiful world class vineyards. That’s before we mention the wide variety of arts, culture and history born and inspired by the region.
Cassagnes is based in a small wine making village and has its own bakery, restaurant, bar and post office - the main supermarkets are in Ille sur Tet or Estagel, which are 15 minutes drive away.

How To Get To Cassagnes in Pyrénées-Orientales, South of France and the Riviera
The closest airport is Perpignan which is 30 minutes away but also Carcassonne and Barcelone Girona airports are 1hour 30 minutes drive.
The apartment is situated just on the outskirts of the village and surrounded by stunning gardens, vineyards and breath taking scenery.

Pool was better than expected (photo didn't do it justice). Comfy bed. Nice location; quiet but with amenities near by.
Would be nice if there were more things provided. E.g. basics such as salt, pepper, oil etc should be provided. Also it would be nice if games for the pool and maybe a boules set and/or bikes were provided.
The kitchen needs more utensils. In particular it needs a large saucepan and a proper size chopping board.
The drains in the bathroom often smell really bad. This needs to be looked at.
Overall a nice apartment and a great place to stay. But a very small investment in a few extras could make the difference between a nice place and an amazing place.
