The apartment in located in a traditional French village, Plan-de-la-Tour, just a short 200 meter walk into the village. Our accommodation offers free car parking, swimming pool, enclosed secure garden and tennis, free satellite TV.

Situated on a small private domaine in a Provencal village, with all amenities and 7 restaurants. The beaches of St Maxime and St Tropez are only 5 miles away, and Nice and Marseilles airports 1 hour. Ideal location for touring the Cote d'Azur. There is a private swimming pool and children's pool and tennis court on the domaine which are free to guests. The apartment consists:

  • Lounge opening onto a private secure garden with a spacious gazebo, enabling all meals to be taken outdoors at any time of day.
  • Master bedroom opening onto a terrace.
  • 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom.
  • Z bed in alcove/foyer.
  • Family shower room with washing machine.
  • Fully equipped, separate kitchen, free satellite TV.

  • Utilities  are charged by the meter.
  • Average cost of electric is £20 and water is £15.

PAYMENT DETAILS IN £

  • Please submit 30% deposit with booking form to secure reservation ,a confirmation receipt will be issue  when we receive the deposit, the deadline for sending the balance is 8 weeks prior to taking occupancy. The rental period shall  commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at10 am on the last day
  • The breakage deposit is £150 and is payable with the balance
  • Upon the receipt of the balance the key for  the apartment will be sent to you (this is to help you plan your arrival time)
  • Electricity is charged by the meter at 0.49 eurs per kwh, Water is charged by the meter at 5.95  euros per m3., these charges are deducted from the breakage deposit which is returned to the tenant when they return the apartment key.
  • Full details of our terms and conditions and other information are on our web site these will be agreed to when you submit the booking form.
