Family Villa on a Secure Gated Development with Use of Pool

Villa d'Olive is situated in a secluded area of a private development at the edge of the historic market town of Pezenas.

The development is ideal for children as the villa is away from traffic and offers a large pebble garden which provides a safe play area. Access to the communal swimming pool is via a security coded gate. The pool (open from May to October) is ideal for younger children with steps into the shallow area providing a safe environment.

Holiday Accommodation at Villa d'Olive

The light and airy villa has an open plan downstairs:

• The kitchen area is well equipped and comprises washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven hob and microwave oven.
• The living area comprises dining table and chairs (x4), bed settee, chairs, wall mounted TV, DVD and ipod docking station.

Upstairs:

• The main bedroom has a double bed
• Second bedroom has adult bunk beds
• Separate sink /shower and WC

Children are well catered for at the villa. You will find beach toys as well as children's plastic cutlery.

About Pezenas in Hérault, Languedoc Roussillon

The villa is on the edge of the historic market town of Pezenas. The walk into the town centre is approx 15 mins via pavements. The route is flat.

Pezenas is a beautiful old French town. There is a thriving market (Saturday) and lots of shops both modern and old. The town is in the heart of the vineyards offering easy access to an enormous array of activities both inland (riding, hiking, cycling etc) but also waterbased activities. Pezenas is situated not only within close proximity of the coast but also a large inland lake offering additional water based activities.

Pezenas has all the usual facilities expected of any large town.
