About St Just Luzac in Charente-Maritime, Poitou Charentes

The property is situated on the edge of a small quiet  village with panoramic views of the surrounding fenland's. Cycle and walking routes can be accessed directly from the property allowing you to explore the fenland's and surrounding farmland.

  • The village of Luzac at 1.5 miles offers the basic amenities bakery, chemist and a German beer specialist!
  • The town of Marennes at 3 miles offers a range of bars and restaurants, supermarkets. Marennes also has its own harbour and has the nearest beech including child friendly lagoon.
  • Slightly further North at 8 miles is L'Ile D'Oleron has many stunning beaches and offers water sports, many cycle routes, restaurants, forts and fortifications, harbours and boat trips.
  • To the South is Royan (15 miles) a large and historic family beach resort offering a huge selection of restaurants and evening entertainments.
  • And to the South West is the beautiful town of Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer providing restaurants and evening entertainments adjacent to the beach in a very relaxed friendly atmosphere.
  • Also the Zoo at La Palmyre is an excellent day out.
