About Hermillon in Haute-Savoie, Rhone Alps

Hotel Le Pelvoux is situated at the foot of the slopes in La Croisette, Les Menuires in the famous Three Valleys resort of the French Alps. This is a prime position from which to enjoy unbroken views of the mountains. La Croisette is the hub of Les Menuires, where you will find restaurants, boutiques, sports hire shops, tennis courts, mountain lifts, evening entertainment (and much more), all within 30 metres of the Hotel.  A great destination in both summer and winter.

However, should you wish to venture further, the beautiful village of Saint-Martin-de Belleville sits 7km down the valley and the historic Savoyard town of Moutiers is a further 19km away. The attractive town of Annecy is only an hour and a half away (en route to Geneva airport), famous for it's lake where you can enjoy the watersports or just relax on one of its beaches.

How To Get To Hermillon in Haute-Savoie, The Rhone Alps (SE France)

From Calais:

• Approximately 9 hours
• Take the A26 from Calais to Troyes
• The A26 becomes the A5 to Langres
• The A5 becomes the A31 to Dijon
• Take the A39 to Bourg-en-Bresse
• Join the A40 towards Geneva
• Turn off onto the A42 to Lyon
• Take A43 from Lyon to Chambery and Albertville
• Follow signs for Albertville, Moutiers and finally, Les Menuires.

From Chambery

• On leaving Chambery airport turn onto the N201 following signs for Albertville
• Continue following the Albertville signs eventually turning onto the A430.
• Once at Albertville follow signs to Moutiers and the N90
• Les Menuires is signposted as you enter Moutiers.

From Geneva

• On leaving the airport follow the green signs for France.
• These signs lead you, via the motorway/duel carriage way, to the Swiss/French border.
• Once past the two custom posts follow signs in blue for the autoroute marked Annecy.
• Leave the autoroute at Junction 16, follow the green signs to Albertville.
• Just before reaching Albertville start to follow signs to Chambery this route bypasses the town centre.
• Then follow signs for Moutiers.
• Les Menuires is sign posted as you enter Moutiers.

From Lyon

• On leaving the airport follow the green signs for Chambery and the A43.
• At Chambery follow signs for the A430 and Albertville.
• From Albertville you need to follow signs to Moutiers and the N90
• From Moutiers follow the signs to Les Menuires.

Rail Travel

The closest railway station is in Moutiers, 27 km from Les Menuires. Buses to and from Les Menuires run regularly in season and we are happy to arrange taxis for you at other times.
