In the land of Prunes and Foie Gras, la Bergerie overlooks rolling fields and is fully equipped with all home comforts, with a lovely pool, table tennis and (free) use of the tennis court in the grounds.

Holiday Accommodation at La Bergerie

In the grounds of an 18th century chateau, this cosy house is comfortably furnished and equipped with two double and two twin bedrooms, a lovely living room, terrace and gardens.  All linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided.

La Bergerie comprises:

  • A large salon
  • A kitchen/diner
  • A master bedroom with en suite
  • A further double bedroom
  • Two connecting twin rooms

Outside

The house has its own gardens, 5 x 10m pool, table tennis and free use of the owner's tennis court. There are comfortable sun loungers and parasols as well as a shady gazebo and pool towels.

About Hautefage La Tour in Lot-et-Garonne, Aquitaine

The property is situated between the villages of Hautefage and Frespech and 11m from Villeneuve sur Lot and 14m from Agen. This quiet rural domain is an hour's drive from the nearest airport Bergerac Airport and a car is essential.

The nearest food shops are in Hautefage, 1.4km from the house (boulangerie and one stop shop plus petrol station and post office). Laroque Timbaut is a 10 minutes drive with small supermarket and boulangerie, St Sylvestre (15 minutes drive) with a reasonabley sized supermarket in a small shopping centre, with larger shops either towards Agen or Villeneuve.

How To Get To Hautefage La Tour in Lot-et-Garonne, South West France

Bergerac Airport (47 miles/1 hour's drive) is your best bet, where you can fly with Flybe, Ryanair, Easyjet from many airports in the UK, and which has a range of hire car companies. Toulouse Airport (85 miles/2 hours' drive). Train to Agen, which also has hire cars.
