Collines Vivants is a charming, superbly equipped apartment with two sun terraces offering spectacular south facing views towards Mont Pourri and the top of the Les Arcs ski resort.

Built in 2007, Arpege des Neiges is a small, exclusive development constructed in traditional Savoie wood and stone, set in the heart of the delightful village of Ste Foy Tarentaise.

Holiday Accommodation at Collines Vivants

This spacious apartment (52m²) is located on the second floor (lift access from underground car parking garage) and provides excellent accommodation for up to 6 people although it is best suited for 4/5 people or families. The apartment offers very high quality furnishings and equipment throughout with plenty of storage space. There is a large open plan kitchen / dining / living room in addition to two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

There is very efficient heating and plenty of hot water. The apartment is available all year on a self-catered basis and is fully prepared with beds made up for each arrival - by our local management agents in Ste Foy. The price also includes cleaning at the end of your stay. However, regrettably, animals are not accepted and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Accommodation comprises:

• The open plan living area has patio doors leading to the South-facing balcony/deck with wonderful views across the Isere valley towards Mt Pourri and Villaroger (access for the Les Arcs ski area). There is comfortable seating for 6 including a double leather sofa bed. Here you will also find a Samsung Flat Screen TV, HiFi/CD and DVD player. There is
• A galley kitchen, with superb quality appliances including dishwasher, full-size Bosch oven / grill, radiant 4-ring hob and fridge/freezer.
• One double bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, and patio doors leading to the main terrace.
• A second twin bedroom with adult-sized single beds, built-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to the second terrace with views to the North.
• The family bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and washing machine.
• A separate toilet

There is a dedicated parking space in an underground parking garage and separate ski Locker.

About Ste Foy Tarentaise in Haute-Savoie, Rhone Alps

Arpege des Neiges is a small, exclusive development constructed in traditional Savoie wood and stone. It is set in the heart of the delightful village of Ste Foy Tarentaise and is only a short walk from the shops, bars and restaurants in the village centre. Bourg St Maurice offers several large supermarkets, sports and clothing stores and other local services.

Ste Foy is an ideal base for easy access to the Ste Foy resort (renowned for off-piste skiing, or for families looking for a friendly, pretty resort, with virtually no queues!!). There is a regular free shuttle bus service between Ste Foy village and the resort in the winter season if you don’t want to drive. However, Ste Foy village is just 5 minutes drive (3km) from the Villaroger ski lift for Les Arcs and La Plagne (Paradiski Area) and its 425kms of ski runs. The vast Espace Killy ski area of Tignes and Val d'Isere with guaranteed snow, and La Rosiere (close to the Italian border) are all just a short drive away (15-20 minutes).

How To Get To Ste Foy Tarentaise in Haute-Savoie, The Rhone Alps (SE France)

Ste Foy is 12 km SE of Bourg St Maurice on the D902 between Bourg St Maurice and Val D'Isere. Bourg St Maurice is the terminus for the TGV “ski train” from London and links to Lyon and Paris. Ste Foy has easy road access to Geneva, Lyon or Grenoble airports (all within 2 hours drive) with regular flights from UK through EasyJet and Ryanair. If travelling by car, Calais is approximately 9 hours away via Autoroute. Ste Foy really is the perfect base from which to explore some of Europe's finest skiing.
