Delightful converted Barn with pool
This 2 bedroomed converted barn enjoys use of private pool (shared with owners when in residence) and is set in a large garden on edge of lovely historic village yet not far from the coast at La Rochelle.
Easy access by car, plane or train. Lots of local markets and places of interest. The village has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and hotel and there are cycle tracks and walks close by. There is a local goats cheese producer in the village. Visit the world heritage island Isle de Re, 1 hours drive away. You can even visit chateaux on the Loire such as Villandry within an hour and a half hour drive yet enjoy the micro climate of the Poitou Charente region.

This delightful, fully equipped and electrically heated converted barn is available for year round letting. It comfortably accommodates 4 people and comprises:
- Two bedrooms - one double and one twin
- One bathroom
- Open galleried landing looking down into:
- The living area with well equipped kitchen
Outside
Own patio area with outside garden furniture and BBQ. 2,500 sq m garden with fruit trees and swimming pool shared with the owner when in residence.

About Celles Sur Belle in Deux-Sèvres, Poitou Charentes
Situated on the edge of the historic and picturesque village of Celles sur Belle with supermarket, bars, hotel, restaurants, Abbey and walks. A10 J32 15 minutes and La Rochelle 1 hour.
Village market on a Wednesday. Other markets in nearby Melle, Chef Boutonne, Niort and many more selling local produce. Walk or cycle on the old railway line to Melle or visit the zoo at Chize. There are local small chateaux such as at Dampierre sur Boutonne and much much more to do.
The Loire Valley to the north and the vineyards of Bordeaux are within 11/2 hours drive and Cognac, Saintes, Angouleme, La Rochelle and Poitiers can all be reached in no more than an hour.

Flying is easy with the area served by Nantes, Tours, Poitiers, Limoges, La Rochelle and Bordeaux airports. TGV to Niort. 14km from J32 of the A10.
