Romantic Cottages in Stunning Setting, Close to Sandy Beaches
Set in the brittany countryside yet only 10 minutes from the sea and several lovely sandy beaches, these rental properties are ideally situated for visiting the tourist attractions like Saint Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, the pink Granit coast and even the Mont Saint Michel. The cottages, named after their original occupants; Rose, Louise, Marie, Josephine, Florence, Jeanne & Anne are situated on our farm over looking prairies, fields of corn and a little orchard.
The atmosphere in the houses is romantic, soft and cosy and very calming with natural materials, pastel colours, comfortable beds and furniture. There is a mixture of old and new, with lots of bits and bobs picked up at local bric'n brac shops ans car boot sales. There are wood burning stoves in 4 of the houses which contributes to the comfort on autumn and winter evenings : there's nothing like a log fire and a glass of wine...
You have the option to turn your self-catering stay into bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am in your cottage or in the garden. It consists of a selection of fresh breads and pastries from the local bakery, home-made jams and fruit juice, yoghurt, fruit and tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Price : 8€
Please note that our calendar is defaulted to show full availability because we may be able to offer alternative gites should one gite be booked for the dates you are interested.
Holiday Accommodation at Jeanne
Jeanne is a newly renovated cottage which was opened in 2010. It is situated in the same little hamlet as the other cottages. Accommodation comprises:
- Bedroom 1 : upstairs - 1 King size bed (160 x 200cm)
- Bedroom 2 : downstairs - 2 single beds (90 x 190cm)
- Fully equipped, fitted kitchen
- Wash room/shower/toilet
- Sitting room with sofa and wood burning stove and a basket of wood provided. Internet access.
Outside
Private terrace and garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
Bed linen is provided and the beds are made before your arrival.
Breakfast possible (must be booked in advance), served in your house or in the garden.
Baby equipment possible (must be booked in advance).
