The villa is well appointed, offering every modern convenience. Their is a large open plan living area with stone fireplace and French doors leading onto the terrace and pool.
On the first floor there is a king size double master bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom and separate wc. There is a further double bedroom on the ground floor, jet shower room and separate wc.
The villa has full gas central heating and instant hot water with an air conditioning unit, if required, in the lounge.
A wide screen television has French and UK channels via satellite and there is a DVD player, plus a music system.

The Location
This luxury villa has a gated entrance, private parking, private pool, poolside terrace, barbecue and outside dining, landscaped garden and private woodland and prairie.
Local shops are a five minute drive away and supermarkets 15 minutes.
You can enjoy eating in, dining al-fresco or choose one of the local and inexpensive restaurants.
For that special gourmet meal you should discover the restaurant Le Lion d’Or a 15 minute drive to the nearby village of Manzac-sur-Vern. Here you may enjoy a wonderful meal dining out on the terrace and at a very reasonable price. The Perigord is renowned for it's gastronomy and is the best value for money in the whole of France.
Staying at the villa affords the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. You can also venture out and explore all that the Dordogne has to offer, from the local markets to the historic buildings, the scenic countryside and wild life, the world famous vineyards and wines and the many activities.
Enjoy the simple pleasure of walking the many footpaths or strolling around the villages or for the more energetic try canoeing. The roads are uncrowded and the pace of life is slow and calm.
The Area
The Pays de Bergerac provides a wonderful combination of gentle countryside, picturesque towns and villages, fine wine and gourmet food.
St Emilion and the many vineyards of the region are a must for those who wish to sample and perhaps take home some very fine wines.
Lac Jemaye is one of several nearby lakes offering a beach, children’s play area, nature trail, restaurant and snacks, a good day out.
A little further a field are the classic sites of the Dordogne valley - dramatic cliff top villages, troglodyte settlements, les Eyzies and prehistoric caves, Domme, Beynac and Castlenaud.
