Delightful 19th Century Manoir with Private Pool in Gers

Maison Ferre, built in 1832 for an officer who had served with Napoleon , is a large country retreat which has been tastefully modernised to incorporate modern bathrooms and shower rooms. The house has a modern salt water pool which is automatically cleaned as the water circulates through it.

It is situated in a quiet hamlet just 10 minutes from the nearest town which offers a range of shops, restaurants, an outdoors adventure park and a weekly market.

The house is well placed for visiting the city of Pau, Auch, Lourdes and even day trips to Biarritz, or across the Pyrenees to Spain.

About Tarsac in Gers, Midi Pyrenees

Tarsac is a quiet farming hamlet 10 minutes from Riscle, which has all the shops, restaurants, banks, weekly market and tourist facilities of a French rural market town.

It is convenient for Pau airport (45 mins) and the principal tourist centres of Gers: the city of Pau, Lourdes, the cathedral city of Auch, and further afield, Toulouse, Biarritz and the Pyrenees.

How To Get To Tarsac in Gers, South West France

By road, Tarsac can be reached in 12 hours driving from Calais or 7 hours from Cherbourg. Alternatively it can be reached by rail or air to Pau where most international car hire companies operate.
