These delightful gites are situated down a long private driveway in a secluded position with picturesque views. Relax in the enclosed patio with unspoilt views over unbroken countryside.

There is over 1 mile of our own oak tree lined country tracks for walks and bicycle rides with bountiful wildlife including deer, hares and coypu, also 12.5 hectares of our own woods to explore. Access to a network of over 200 km of marked and unmarked trails for cycling and mountain biking.

 Outside the Gites is an 8m wide above ground swimming pool, children’s sand pit, climbing frame with swings and slide.

Inside this charming gite the living room has a large bay window overlooking open countryside with tiled floors throughout and continuing through the fully fitted kitchen.

• The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, four hob gas cooker and oven.
• The living room has plenty of seating and dining for six, a wood burning stove and a TV.
• A double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet room.
• A twin bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet room.
• A mezzanine with two single beds.

About Saulge in Vienne, Poitou Charentes

The farm and gites are situated just a short drive from the town of Montmorillon. The Town has 4 supermarkets, character shops and an open street market twice a week.

15 minutes away is a brand new equestrian centre. There is kayaking and fishing on the local Gartempe river. There are numerous castles, chateux and ancient churches to visit.

There is L'Ile aux Serpents at La Trimouille - a giant terrarium with hundreds of specimens of reptiles from around the world, La Planète des Crocodiles at Civaux, also Monkey Valley at Romagne. Future-scope at Poitiers is only 45 minutes away.

Limoges and Poitiers Airports are only 45 minutes away.
