Sandy Mediterranean beaches are 15 minutes away with shopping and restaurants 10 minutes away in Beziers and Bessan.

Villa Canigou is an air conditioned 3 bedroom villa arranged on 2 floors, which comfortably accommodates 6 people. It comprises:

Ground Floor

  • The light and airy open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen, ceiling fan and air conditioning and opens on to
  • The shaded terrace
  • Two twin bedded rooms to the rear of the property with ceiling fans.
  • Shared Bathroom and seperate toilet

First Floor

  • Air conditioned double bedroom on the first floor with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Outside

There is private parking in front of the garage beside the house, which provides storage space and houses the washing machine. A private garden and shaded terrace offers unrestricted views of the 2nd fairway, with the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean in the distance.

About Montblanc in Hérault, Languedoc Roussillon

Situated in the gated Domaine-du-Lac development, with uninterrupted views of the 2nd fairway and the surrounding countryside. The 18-hole Saint Thomas golf course is well established and the clubhouse provides excellent lunches. Shopping and restaurants are 10 minutes drive away in Beziers and Bessan. Bread can be ordered for morning delivery from reception.

The sandy Mediterranean beaches at Portiragnes, Valras and Cap d'Agde are 15 minutes away. Local activities include the golf course, a local adventure park, horse riding, cycle and boat hire along the Canal du Midi, the beaches, the Pyrenees, the historic towns and villages of the Herault, Carcassonne and the Cathar fortresses, the southern edge of the Massif Central and Montpellier to name a few.
