Traditional Provencal Villa in Tranquil Hillside Development

Villa Azur is situated in the exclusive and tranquil development known as Les Coralines in the seaside village resort of Les Issambres on the Cote d' Azur.
It is a large two storey house which exhibits true traditional Provencal styling and due to its hillside location commands breathtaking views across the Bay of St Tropez.

Les Coralines is an extremely private and secure development with electric entrance gates consisting of 27 Provencal style houses designed by the renowned architect Francois Sporrey who also designed the famous village of Port Grimaud. Set within the heart of the beautiful landscape gardens is the communal unheated swimming pool, which is open from the 1st May to the 30th September.

Situated approximately 1km from sandy beaches, restaurants and shops, Villa Azur is also in easy reach of the natural protected woodland hills, known locally as Les Massifs des Maures, which offer unforgettable landscapes and hikes in the region of Roquebrune sur Argens, whilst also being 2 hours away from several popular winter ski resorts.
 
Being only 50 mins from Nice airport, 20 mins from Frejus and 30 mins from St Tropez makes Villa Azur an ideal summer and winter family residence.

Holiday Accommodation at Villa Azur

Villa Azur is tastefully furnished to a modern and high standard. All the rooms have ceramic tiled floors. Accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor

  • A separate entrance hallway, staircase and
  • Downstairs cloakroom and WC
  • A modern kitchen, which is fully equipped including integral oven, hob, microwave, juicer, washing machine and large fridge/freezer.
  • The lounge is furnished with leather sofas, oak occasional furniture, TV, DVD and stereo.
  • The dining area is a large, family sized oak dining table and chairs, which easily seats six.

Twin patio doors lead from the lounge and dining area to:

  • The covered terrace area, with outside table, chairs, barbeque, and private garden with views of the bay.

First Floor

  • The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom
  • Two further twin bedded bedrooms (one with a balcony).

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are tastefully furnished.

A cot and high chair are available on request.

To the rear of the villa is a private parking space situated underneath a wooden pergola.

About Les Issambres in Var, Provence - Cote d'Azur

Les Issambres is a small village situated on the beautiful coastline of the Bay of St Tropez, with its 8kms of fine sandy beaches and rugged inlets, whilst also being within easy access of the breathtaking wooded hillsides of the Massif des Maures. This makes Les Issambres an ideal holiday destination.

For eating out, the village has a variety of seafood restaurants, pizzerias and cafes situated mainly along the seafront promenade.

There is also a post office, bank, bakers, butchers, pharmacy and a small supermarket (petit casino). Every Thursday there is a fish market, and local produce markets are held weekly too.

In the village square you will find a small tourist information centre and during the summer months live entertainment is held in the square during the evenings.

During the summer evenings you can stroll along the delightful sea front in the evening, and visit the local craft market which is frequently held. Or why not just relax and enjoy watching the spectacular sunset across the bay.

For sports enthusiasts there is a sailing club, and watersports activities are nearby, as well as two golf courses in St Maxine and Roquebrune.

Les Issambres is also a wonderful location for day trips either by car or boat. It is well worth taking the boat taxi across the bay to St Tropez or Port Grimaud, or up the coast to St Raphael. Or why not take a drive along the stunning coastline to the nearby villages and towns?

Additional price information

The above prices are based upon a family group of 4. An additional charge of £50 per week will be incurred for parties more than 4 (maximum 6)

Please note: A Booking Form and Terms and Conditions will be sent to you on reservation, please complete and return with the resevation deposit of 30% of the total booking price. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday along with a refundable security / breakages deposit of £400.

However, should the holiday be booked 8 weeks or less to the start date, the full amount will then be payable along with the security / breakages deposit.

NB: The security / breakages deposit will be banked.

You will be met on arrival by Gill, our English villa manager. Arrival at the villa is between 2pm - 6pm. If however, arrival is after 6pm a late call out fee of 40 euros will be payable direct to Gill on arrival.
