This quaint studio is located in  in the 4th arrondissement in a classical 18th century building, right in the Marais; one of the historical sections of Paris. It is actually a 28 sq meter two room apartment and is situated in the heart of the French capital, close to the River Seine and near the Hotel de Ville.

Accommodation detail

The building has a good security system with both an entryphone and a door code. The studio is on the second floor (two flights up) with no elevator.

The accommodation consists of:-

• Entry corridor leading to a kitchen with counter bar and a table which seats four people.
• Adjoing room with a sitting area and sofa-bed. This room also has comfortable cupboard space and various shelves.
• Loft with 2 twin beds. The loft is accessible by regular steps.
• Ajoining bathroom with a stall shower and a washbasin.
• Seperate toilet.

• Electric toaster oven
• Electric Stove
• All necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils
• All linens are provided

About the location

Nearby are also the historical sites of Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum (History of Paris), Picasso Museum, the Jewish section with Rue des Rosiers and famous Goldenberg Restaurant.   The Ile St Louis or Ile de la Cité with Notre-Dame are within an easy walking distance.

The very street "Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie" is full of cafés, art galleries, shops.  Across the street from the apartment is a theater, bakery, and a grocery store open daily until 11 pm. Many convenient bus stops are one or two blocks away with buses going numerous directions. Hotel de Ville and Rambuteau subway stops are only a 5 minute walk away.

As the studio opens onto the courtyard side, there is no noise from the street and the place is actually very quiet.
