Balcony Apartment Overlooking Harbour
In the charming, picturesque village-on-the-water of Port Grimaud, overlooking yacht moorings and the harbour entrance, a large sunny two bedroom first floor apartment to let with aspects on three sides. A balcony accessed from both the sitting/dining room and main bedroom looks out onto the beautiful harbour, boats and boating activity with views onto the bay of St Tropez and the mountains beyond. A designated parking space comes with the apartment.
There are two fine sandy beaches within the Port Grimaud development which are easy to reach and both have chaises- longues to hire and lovely waterside restaurants. There is also a tennis club which is open to residents.
Exciting St Tropez is only a short car-ride or ferry trip away and there are many other wonderful scenic attractions in the near vicinity, e.g the village of Grimaud with its fine restaurants and stunning views, the Massif des Maures villages, the monastery at Chartreuse de la Verne, the Gorges du Verdon and beautiful beaches all along the coast. The whole area abounds with designated walking and cycling routes.

The apartment is perfectly positioned for touring the famous Ramatuelle Peninsula and the charming hill villages and renowned restaurants of Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud, and the stunning beaches of Pampelone, Escalet and Gigaro. Fabulous St Tropez is a short boat ride across the bay or 15mins by car. Great for shopping markets and restaurants.
The apartment is about 1 ¼ hours drive from Nice on the Autoroute du Sud, and Cannes, Monaco and Marseille are all easily accessible.
