16th Century Manor House with Pool

"The Garden of France" is famous for its legendary chateaux (over 150 of them), which guard a fascinating array of secrets. With its sparkling wine and delightful countryside, its the perfect place to rest and relax.

Two properties are offered here. The Primetiere Manor House is a 16th century nobleman's house with a tufa (stone) tower on the south front edge and an unusual opened stone step on the grounds. This building is surrounded by 50 acres of fields, cultures and woods.

On site there is: heated swimming pool (10 m x 5 m), table tennis, badminton, play area for children with a slide and sand and fishing-pool. Riding available for children with our two donkeys.

Holiday Accommodation at Wing of Primetiere Manor

This attractive apartment is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Manor, with its private charming stone stairs. It has its own dining and barbecue area overlooking the shared, heated swimming pool (10 m x 5 m). This is surrounded by troglodyte caves offering shade from the hot sun. There is also off road parking.

The apartment comprises:

First floor

  • Kitchen / lounge/ dining room, with a large window "à meneaux", a tufa (stone) chimney and beams is prettily decorated and furnished (microwave/dishwasher/double sofabed/single bed/TV)
  • 1 extra single bed available

Second floor

  • Bedroom 1 - with double bed
  • Bedroom 2 - with two single beds
  • Bedroom 3 - one single bed
  • Bathroom - with basin, shower, toilet and washing-machine
