Renovated 200 year old beamed large attractive and well equipped farmhouse in 3 acres of secluded pastureland and orchards. Providing:

- Spacious lounge and dining room with three comfortable settees and occasional chairs, pine furniture, full oil-fired central heating, wood burning stove, satellite TV and video.
- Separate fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, two cookers, food mixer, microwave and toaster.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed, ensuite facilities.
- Bedroom 2 with two full size single beds.
- Bathroom with bath, bidet, hand basin and toilet.
- Separate toilet
- Shower room
First Floor
- Bedroom 3 with double bed, single bed, cot and en-suite facilities.
- Bedroom 4 with two full size single beds and wash hand basin.

About Landivy in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany
Fougeres Forest is just 10 minutes drive for forest walks, horse riding, mountain bike tracks and lakeside swimming. A golf course at Vitre is just 40 minutes away.
Local at Louvigne du Desert, is only 3 minute drive, which offers a comprehensive selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars etc. including a large Champion supermarket. The traditional markets at St. Hilaire (Wednesday morning) and Fougeres (Saturday morning) are a must.

The farmhouse was excellent, clean and well equipped, with stunning surroundings. The games-room was well equipped for children and adults alike and there was a wonderful heated pool. So much to do, a fortnight wasn't long enough, will definitely return. Thank you Kev & Linda for making us so welcome and ensuring our stay was perfect.
