This is a lovely villa in a peaceful setting on a gentle French hillside about 3 km from Seillans and Fayence. There are beautiful grounds of 3 acres, falling away to the valley below. The pool is on the terrace below the house set in attractive gardens - all with complete privacy.

The villa has been tastefully refurbished and has many lovely features.

• Lounge - Vaulted ceiling, large corner fireplace, TV, bookcases. Patio door leading onto lawns, and patio doors opening onto covered dining area.
• Mezzanine - approached by stairs from the lounge. Equipped with a double bed and 'emergency mattress'
• Bedroom - with bunk beds
• Master bedroom - with double bed and ensuite bathroom / WC
• Shower room - and WC

All linen and house towels are provided.

About the location

Seillans is a small medieval village perched on a hillside that is full of charm and atmosphere with it's cobbled streets and fountains. It is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Further afield is the spectacular Gorge du Verdon in the foothills of the Alps. Within about 1 hour's car journey are the famous Cote d'Azur towns of Cannes, St. Tropez, Frejus, Nice, Monaco and Grasse.
