The history of the Correze, profoundly marked by the wars of the middle ages, can still be seen in the regions landscape, with its many fortified castles. Ventadour, Turenne, Segur-le-Chatuau, Comborn and Merle are just some of the historical towns which bear witness to it's turbulent history. Arabian racehorses are bred here with the care and attention worthy of this magnificent breed.
