Superior self catering apartment in traditional alpine village. Equipped to a high standard and commanding outstanding views from the south facing balcony. The property is a few minutes walk to the Telecabine and to the village centre.

The apartment is part of a small complex situated in a peaceful area just away from the village centre, but within easy reach of all amenities. To the rear of the property is a small decking area, ideal for summer barbecues while the balcony at the front is the ideal spot to view village life and watch the sun go down over the mountains.

Accommodation detail

The apartment is fully equipped for Winter and Summer use and is all electric. It will sleep 6 comfortably. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are available if required.

• Lounge area - is well furnished with a three seater sofa which converts to a very comfortable double bed if required, three easy chairs and various pine storage units and coffee table. From here, you have access to a large south facing balcony with stunning views. There is a stereo unit with CD player, tape, radio, DVD player and TV.
• Kitchen / diner - you will find a 4 ring hob, small oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. Pine table and seating cater for six people comfortably.
• Separate toilet - downstairs.
• Bedroom 1 – pine double bed with bedside tables and chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 2 – pine single bed with single rollaway bed under. Pine bedside table and clothes storage area.
• Bedroom 3 – adult size set of pine bunks, pine wardrobe and bedside table.
• Bathroom - upstairs comprises of bath with shower, pedestal sink and toilet.

About the location

The traditional alpine village of Les Carroz is situated 10km from the A40, Autoroute Blanche and is midway between Geneva and Chamonix, in the Haute Savoie region of France. The village is situated at 1140m, and in winter, the liaison with other resorts of the Grand Massif offer a ski domain of 265 km of pistes, while in the summer, mountain lovers and sport enthusiasts will find Les Carroz an ideal holiday destination.

The village centre has 3 banks (2 with cash point), two supermarkets and various other outlets, a Doctors and a Dentist. You will also find a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Larger supermarkets and retail outlets are situated in nearby Sallanches and Cluses in the valley.

How to get here

• Airport - Geneva International is less than an hour's drive away with car hire readily available. Flights leave all major airports in the UK.
• Road - The drive from Calais takes approximately 8 hours and is Autoroute to junction 19 of the A40, then 15 minutes up to Les Carroz.

Additional price information

Nightly rates are available, except during mid-winter.  Please enquire for details.

Prices are for 7 nights, additional nights are pro-rata, there are no under occupancy fees and prices are for the apartment not per person.

Additional costs as follows:
Electricity: Meter is read at the start of your stay and again at the end, the amount is then calculated accordingly. Payable on departure locally, cash or cheque.

Letting's during the winter months, December - March are strictly Saturday to Saturday, but are more flexible April - November. The accommodation is available from 2pm, and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

We request you to bring your own linen - Towels, tea towels and one bottom sheet per bed.

We do not accept all male or female parties.

We have a No Smoking policy within the apartment.

Pets are not permitted within the apartment.
