Provençal Style Mas with Pool and Wonderful Views

The Mas, in the commune of Tresques (which means "three sources" in provençal), is situated on a hillside and has wonderful views. It is outside the village in the heart of the vineyards in an isolated and quiet setting - the only sound is the music of the permanent guests, "les cigales".  It has the advantage of being located only 15 km fron Uzes, 25 kms from Avignon and its festival and 20 km from Orange and its opera.  The fairly large town of Bagnols sur Ceze is 4 km away and essentials can be bought in the village 1 km away. The property has a beautiful swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) surrounded by traditional stone and there is also a "plage" for small children.  The swimming pool is secured.

Holiday makers who want peace and quiet are enchanted by Mas Teissier and the 30 000 square metres of land.

Tresques is border to Provence and Languedoc Roussillon.

Holiday Accommodation at Gîte des Lavandes

The owners live on site in the western half of the Mas.  The rental accommodation is a house of 110 square metres comprising:

• Pleasant sitting room with television.
• A kitchen of 15 square metres with all necessary appliances (cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine).
• A bathroom, with a bath.
• A shower room.
• One separate toilet.
• One bedroom with a bed of 160 cm.
• A second bedroom with a bed of 140 cm.
• And a third bedroom with two twin beds of 90 cm.

A private shaded garden and a sunny terrace overlook the swimming pool and the countryside and allow you to choose between the cool shade or the warmth of the sun.
