This 16th Century hamlet is set on a hill top encompassing views of the Pyrenees mountains and the rolling green hills of the Ariege, near to Mirepoix. If you are searching for that little piece of heaven, comfort, and tranquility in what is one of the breathtaking, relatively undiscovered and unspoiled parts of France, then we can offer you a holiday home that meets your needs and expectations.

For your holiday, choose from 3 enchanting cottages, with the option of the use of an impressive multi purpose hall/studio ideal for yoga/pilates groups, or any large group activity, including large family groups who, would like to celebrate a special occasion, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. We also offer Aromatherapy massage treatments much appreciated by the cycling, walking and yoga groups. It is a great location to see the tour de france.

Wine, nibbles to get you in to the holiday mood will be waiting your arrival. We also make sure you have  clean fresh bed linens and comfortable pillows. All beds are made up for your arrival and we also supply  large good quality bath towels.

• Set in 25 acres there is plenty of space to find a quiet spot under a tree with a rug and a book and maybe a bottle of wine to relax and find some peace and quiet (we can provide the rug and cool box for picnics away or that cool drink under the trees).

An impressively spacious 5 bedroom home, sleeping up to 11 (+ cot), it is very comfortable with each bedroom having en-suite bathroom facilities. 

Ground floor

• Kitchen / diner - a very large fully equipped kitchen gives plenty of space for all and features a 6 ring hob plus double oven huge kitchen table seats for all. 
• Lounge - spacious and comfortably furnished with beamed ceilings and white washed stone walls, digital TV, video, DVD, and CD player. 
• Hallway - large area which has seating and a seperate TV area for Playstation, takes you to the stairs that lead up to the first floor.

First floor 

• Bedroom 1 - with 3 single beds
• Bedroom 2 - with a double bed
• Bedroom 3 - with its 2 single beds plus stairs leading to:
• Bedroom 4 - be on the mezzanine floor which is a single bed.

Second floor

• Bedroom 5 - family bedroom with  3 single beds.

Outside

Outside you have the choice to either sit on your own patio under the grapevines and kiwi trees or on the unshaded portion with its own barbecue and garden dining furniture.

About the location

Toulouse the rose city is well worth a visit itself for chic shops and numerous restaurants plus space city with its Ariane rocket etc.

Head towards the Pyrenees to Foix and Tarascon where you can try water skiing, white water rafting, canoeing, climbing, trekking, or visit the famous caves. Snow ski in the winter at nearby Mont D'Olmes 45 mins. A little further afield is the Mediteranean coast and tax free Andorra, both accesible in an hour or so.

• Flights - Low cost Ryanair to Carcasonne, Easy jet and Flybe to Toulouse (rental cars available at both airports.
• Car from Cherbourg/Calais etc approximately 9 hours plus stops
• Train - TGV can transport you and your car to Toulouse.
