Terre de Marin is a delightful big cottage with heated (min 23/24°) and protected swimming pool., at 1.5km from the beaches .

An perfect family holiday home as it's ideally located, either to use the house as a touring base,just relax at swimming pool or on beaches or combine all.

 The cottage has far reaching views and is set in a peaceful location in a quiet street only approximately 250m from the centre of the village and 1.5km from beaches. It is attractively  decorated and comfortably furnished with light, airy rooms and is fully equipped with modern conveniences. Total renovation 2009.

All the price is note for max 8 people  supplement if 9 people (see with the owner).

possibility rent for 1 night only in bed and bedroom for 2 or more  also.

The 9m x 6m swimming pool and the garden  are  for your private use and is heated from April to October. It is protected by the following safety device: 'swimming pool shelter'. One end is shallow so that children can swim or play safely. A robot cleans the pool all day, morning and evening. We see all days if  the pool is ok .

The cottage is spacious (180 m²) with a beautiful view from the patio. There are steps from the living room to the garden which has garden furniture and a barbecue.

• Dining and living room has satellite TV with European channels (French and English too), Hi-Fi, DVD (French and  English versions, you only need to choose which version you require).
• Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, electric hotplate
• Bedroom 1 with an double bed of 140cm
• Bathroom with double basin
• Separate toilet

Second floor

• Bedroom 2 with double bed of 140cm
• Bedroom 3 with twin beds one of 80cm and the other 120cm
• Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and cot
• Shower room with 2 basin
• Separate toilet

Extra bed (70cm) will be provided on request.

About the location

Uncrowded sandy beaches are nearby, approximately 1.5km away, with safe swimming and sailing. There are many beautiful coastal walks and fascinating towns and villages to explore in this area. There are small play areas and attractive parks for children.

This cottage is located in a picturesque fisherman's village where you can find a bakery, butcher, supermarket, 3 pubs, a hairdresser and  doctors. There are many excellent restaurants in the area which all offer very good value and a wide range of menus. "The Pagan country" is situated at 10 km of Lesneven, 30km of Brest (airport), 30 km from Roscoff (Ferry port). If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful unspoilt countryside then this is for you.
