This ancient village is an attractive and peaceful haven which boasts a castle dating back to the 11 Century and a 1000 year old olive tree.

The apartment has spectacular views of Monaco, the sea and the mountains. There are shops for essentials, bars and restaurants in the village which is full of local atmosphere.

The apartment is light & airy, well furnished & equipped, commanding spectacular views over the bay towards Monaco, out to sea & over the village into the surrounding hills. There are restaurants & bars within walking distance in the picturesque village,and a lively village atmosphere, although the apartment itself is in a quiet location.

About the location

There are many beaches within easy reach with local buses running to and from the village. There are restaurants of various price ranges within the village, also two village shops one including a good butcher. Menton, 10 minutes away by car, is an excellent shopping town with a lovely covered market selling local produce. It has a long beach sea front with bars & resaturants to suit all tastes, & the town itself has much to offer in the way of restaurants. The A8 takes one along the coast to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez etc, all worthy of a visitghts. Monaco is a five minute drive,or a little longer on the local bus.

How to get here

It is approximately 30 minutes drive from Nice airport, 5 minutes into Monaco & 15 minutes drive into Italy. The local train station is Carnoles with services to Monaco, Nice & Italy.
