Canet-en-Roussillon is splendidly placed by nature to take full advantage of the Summer sunshine which comes earlier to this part of France, for this is Languedoc Roussillon, southernmost province of France, and a fabled land of romance and history, rolling hills, vineyards, and beautiful golden beaches.

The villa is located in the village of Canet-en-Roussillon which is 10kms from the south eastern French city of Perpignan and 2kms from Mediterranean costal resort of Canet-Plage. It is only a five minute walk from the centre of the village with its cafes and small local shops.

The villa can accommodate 12 persons . It has privacy, comfort, peace and quite and yet is within walking distance of shops and café's (2 mins. or less round the corner).

The villa comprises:

Lounge/Dining Room: This stretches the full length of the house from east to west. It has a large open fire at one end and dining space at the other. Plenty of space for large family gatherings. Two patio windows open out onto the conservatory. Satellite TV. Broadband Internet Access
Conservatory: Covers the entire south facing wall of the house overlooking the pool.
Kitchen and Utility Room: The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor. North facing en suite WC /shower. Double bed.
Bedroom 2: West facing. Twin beds, fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: North facing. One double and one single bed. Balcony.
Bedroom 4: South and east facing. This is the largest bedroom ideal for the children with and 4 single beds and could take more if required. Large fitted mirror wardrobe.
