Farmhouse with Heated Pool and Tennis Court

This charming, spacious stone farmhouse is located in one of the most scenic areas of the French Riviera countryside near Vence, with several perched medieval villages in the immediate vicinity. Seated on 4 acres of land, and surrounded by wooded hills, the villa provides plenty of space indoors and out for everyone and is perfect for family groups and children. The grounds are entirely fenced for your children's safety and also include a swing set. With its heated pool, you can swim comfortably in the Spring and Autumn months.

The house is located between the perched villages of Coursegoules and Bezaudun, both very charming and scenic. The property leads to beautiful country and mountain walks right out the door. There are several other small medieval villages within 20 minutes of the house.

Holiday Accommodation at The Farmhouse

The accommodation comprises:

  • Very large, contemporary, open-plan living room with its double-height beamed ceiling and fireplace opens out onto a spacious verandah overlooking the grounds, heated pool, and hills in the distance. The interior is tastefully furnished in a combination of modern and traditional provencal styles, including wood beams, beautiful red earth ware floors, a 100 year old piano, and many pieces of fine art work.
  • Dining room with fireplace is crowned with a splendid old oak farm table built to comfortably seat up to 15 guests. This room has lots of natural light indoors all day long by its direct southern exposure.
  • Verandah and garden are equipped with Teak furniture.
  • Seven bedrooms : 4 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with one twin bed and a bunk bed. All bedrooms have large closets and storage.
    All seven bedrooms look out onto the terraced garden with its lovely cedar, maple and fruit trees. The three bedrooms on the ground floor each open out directly onto the grounds through wide French doors.
  • Spacious, sunny, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the garden and has a large joining cupboard room with big freezer and lots of storage space. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking utensils.
  • Three bathrooms (2 with tub and shower and one with just shower) and 4 WC's

Large private heated pool (5.5m wide x 12m long), tennis court, big trampoline, table tennis, fireplace, phone, piano, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, all linen provided, washer, barbecue and swing set.
