The villa has been recently re-decorated in a classic Provençal style and is set in secluded grounds and is not overlooked. The villa makes an ideal location for families with young children as the pool can be completely enclosed by a fence.

About the location

St Quentin la Poterie (500 yards)
St Quentin has enjoyed a wonderful revival over the past 20 years. It is home to 21 local potters and is one of the few local villages to enjoy a vibrant village life. This is partly due to the large number of residents living here all-year round, and is no doubt also helped by the large range of amenities; boulangeries, bars, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers etc.

Uzès (4.5kms)
Uzès, once described as the Hampstead of Provence, is a lively yet unspoilt medieval town full of wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. It also plays host to many year-round festivals, shows and of course the fabulous twice-weekly market.

Chateauneuf-du-Pape  (45kms)
Producing probably the best known of the Cotes du Rhone wines, Chateauneuf du Pape is a village that offers a wonderful day out.  Wander from cave to cave for a relaxed dégustation (wine-tasting) or enjoy the finest wines in one of the superb restaurants in the village.

Nimes (30kms)
Nimes is steeped in ancient history and culture. Home to one of the largest remaining Roman amphitheatres, the Maison Carré and countless other magnificent monuments Nimes is a must for anyone keen on ancient architecture and Roman artefacts.

Pont du Gard (15kms)
The Unesco world heritage site at the Pont du Gard is a fantastic destination for a cycle-ride, a small canoeing adventure, or just a family day out. Built 2000 years ago to transport water from very near Sadoussant at the val d'Eure to Nimes, it remains to this day a breathtaking sight.

Avignon (45kms)
Visit the Palais des Papes; where the papal seat resided during the Great Schism of the Middle Ages.  As well as the fantastic tourist attractions of the Pont d'Avignon, walled city and river Rhone, Avignon offers some fantastic restaurants and modern designer shops.

Arles - and Camargue wetlands (60kms)
Arles, known as the gateway to the Camargue, is a beautiful ancient city, and was once home to the artist Vincent Van Gogh. The wetlands of the Camargue offer a rare opportunity to see wild flamingoes, black bulls and of course the famous white horses.

Gorges de l'Ardeche (60kms)
Visit the stunning and dramatic gorges of the Ardeche; a wonderful place to spend the day canoeing, walking or relaxing at the rivers' edge.

Grau de Roi - beach (80kms)
Wonderful mediterranean beach resort and exciting marina full of yachts and boats of all sizes.

Aigues Mortes (70kms)
The superb fortified city of Aigues Mortes was once the setting-off point for the crusades of King Louis IX.  It is now a charming walled town with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants.
