This renovated 400 year old very spacious and homely cottage is in a quiet hamlet, has a very large garden and provides a tranquil retreat for a restful holiday. It is set amid quiet countryside, 1/2 hour drive from the beaches of the Emerald Coast, the historic town of St Malo and Brittany's capital city Rennes, it is only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful medieval town of Dinan.

Ground Floor

The original staircase which leads to the first floor is in the salon.

First Floor

The following items are available for babies - full sized cot, travel cot, baby chair for attaching to kitchen table and changing mat.

The house is centrally heated for cooler months and winter lets. No smokers please. Outside there is a patio with table and six chairs and a charcoal barbecue. You will also find in the cellier (outside storage room) a selection of outdoor games for your use.

About the location

Attractions close by include Chateau Bourbansais, which has a beautifully set out zoo, the lovely town of Combourg which also has a picturesque chateau set above the lake and Cobac Park, which the children will love together with Zoo Loisir, to name but a few.

How to get here

The cottage is just a 20 minute drive from St Malo and a half hour drive from the city of Rennes. It is 5 hours drive away from the French side of the Channel tunnel.
