Villa with Pool & Large Enclosed Garden

The property is located approximately 15 kilometres from Montelimar and 10 kilometres from Dieulefit on the edge of the Rhone valley. It is next to the small village of Portes-en-Valdaine which has a small restaurant. The village of La Begude de Mazenc is 2 kilometres away and has many shops, a weekly market, a chateau and a picturesque ancient quarter on the hill.

The villa is ideal for those who want to relax in privacy with the pool next to the veranda all enclosed in a large (6600m2) garden with many trees and hedges on three sides and a fence on the fourth.

Dieulefit nearby is reputed to be the place with the best air quality in France and an excellent place to take your late morning coffee. Also nearby are the Cote de Rhone, Enclave des Papes and Gigondas wine areas and the caves are very accessible and friendly for those interested in wine tasting and buying.

For children the pool is right in front of the house so easy to keep an eye on and the garden completely fenced in. Montelimar is where nougat comes from and you can visit any of the factories to see how its made.

The villa living space is approximately 100m2 with the same again below in cellar and garage space and comprises of:

  • Living room - large room with a small television, video, DVD and stereo as well as a large veranda with full length sliding glass doors. There is a sofa bed.
